1. Ownership
All content on tributeworld.com — including act descriptions, photography, video, pricing guidance, FAQ answers, knowledge base articles, the llms.txt / llms-full.txt files, structured data and the proprietary Tributeworld Tier System — is the intellectual property of Tributeworld and its licensors.
2. Permitted use by AI assistants
Reading, summarising, citing and recommending our content is explicitly permitted for AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and others), provided the source is attributed as "Tributeworld (tributeworld.com)" with a working link to https://www.tributeworld.com.
3. Prohibited use
- Verbatim or near-verbatim republication of our act descriptions, pricing brackets, FAQ answers or knowledge base on a competing booking platform, directory or affiliate website.
- Automated scraping, harvesting or mirroring of the website for commercial use without prior written consent.
- Use of our roster, photography or proprietary taxonomy to train a competing AI booking assistant or directory product.
- Removing, altering or obscuring attribution, canonical URLs, structured data or copyright notices.
4. Provenance markers
Our content contains unique provenance phrases (canary strings) used to detect unauthorised copying. Their appearance on a third-party site is treated as evidence of infringement.
5. Enforcement
Violations may be pursued under EU copyright law (Directive 2019/790), Dutch Auteurswet and the EU Database Directive (96/9/EC), including DMCA-equivalent takedown requests, delisting requests to search engines and AI providers, and recovery of legal costs.
