Tribute band booking in Germany

Tributeworld is a European booking agency specialising exclusively in tribute bands and tribute acts. We work with promoters, venues, festivals, theatres and corporate organisers in Germany, and handle the booking process from first enquiry to the show itself.

Because tribute is our only focus, we can advise on which act fits a specific stage, audience and programme slot — rather than offering a general entertainment catalogue. Every act on our roster has its own page with line-up, repertoire and technical information.

Booking tribute acts for German events

German programmers use tribute shows for very different formats: city festivals and open-air stages, club and Musikkneipe programming, theatre tours, and corporate events such as company anniversaries and year-end parties. The right choice depends less on the artist's fame and more on how the show is built and how it matches the room.

We shortlist acts based on the practical brief — capacity, stage size, curfew, available technical production and audience profile — and then confirm availability directly with the act.

  • Date, city and venue (indoor or outdoor)
  • Expected audience size and profile
  • Preferred set length and programme structure
  • Available technical production, or the need for a turnkey setup

Travel, technical requirements and logistics

Most acts on our roster are based in the Benelux and travel across Europe regularly, so shows in North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony and the Rhine-Ruhr region are logistically straightforward. For dates further into Germany we take travel time, load-in windows and overnight requirements into account when preparing the quote.

Technical riders, stage plans and input lists are supplied per act. Where a venue has no in-house production, we can propose a turnkey solution including sound, light and crew.

Working with one point of contact

All communication runs through Tributeworld: availability checks, contracting, technical coordination with your venue and practical arrangements on the day. That keeps a multi-act line-up manageable, because you deal with one agency instead of several individual bands.

For act-specific detail — line-up size, set length, repertoire and travel conditions — see the relevant act page. We deliberately keep those details on the act pages so the information stays accurate.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you book tribute bands for events in Germany?

Yes. We book tribute bands and tribute acts for festivals, venues, theatres and corporate events throughout Germany. Send your date, city and expected audience size via the contact page and you receive a proposal within one working day.

How far in advance should we book?

For weekend dates in high season (spring, summer festivals and December) earlier is better, because popular acts fill those dates first. Outside those periods shorter lead times are often possible — availability is always confirmed with the act before we quote.

Are your acts English-speaking on stage?

Most tribute shows are performed in the original language of the repertoire, and stage communication in English is standard. If German-language announcements are important for your audience, mention it in your enquiry and we will note it per act.

Can you supply sound and light as well?

Yes. Where a venue or open-air stage has no in-house production, we can propose a complete technical setup with crew alongside the act. See also what a tribute band costs.

Which acts are most requested for German stages?

Repertoire with broad recognition performs consistently well: rock and stadium rock, 80s pop and disco. Browse the full roster to compare acts by genre.
