About this act

Brothers of Blues is a 12-piece Dutch tribute showband honouring Jake & Elwood Blues — the iconic duo from the 1980 film The Blues Brothers. With a full horn section, driving rhythm section and the unmistakable black suits, Wayfarers and Fedoras, the band delivers a hot-blooded rhythm & soul revue built on the Stax and Chess traditions. Expect Soulman, Everybody Needs Somebody to Love, Hold On I'm Coming, Wooly Bully and Walking The Dog in a show that works as well in a theatre as it does on a festival or corporate stage. Brothers of Blues is known from SBS6's The Tribute: Battle of the Bands (2024), where they reached the final and performed in the Ziggo Dome.
