About this act
Kings of Leon are the American rock band formed in Nashville in 1999 by the brothers Caleb, Nathan and Jared Followill with cousin Matthew Followill. Starting out as a raw southern garage-rock outfit, they grew into a stadium act with the breakthrough album Only by the Night (2008) and the worldwide hits Sex on Fire and Use Somebody, winning multiple Grammy Awards along the way.
