The Doors are releasing a new official live album titled 'Unbound and Dangerous' on October 23, 2026. The collection features sixteen tracks from the 1970 Roadhouse Blues Tour. Original members Robby Krieger and John Densmore curated the project alongside producer Bruce Botnick.
The release captures the unpredictable live energy that defined the band. Available on double LP, CD, and Blu-ray (Dolby Atmos), it offers high-fidelity access to the legendary quartet's peak performance years.
Event planners looking for this iconic atmosphere know that gear and improvisation are key. Replicating the authentic sound requires the exact vintage instruments and microphones used by Morrison and Manzarek back in the day.
