Tribute to Toto celebrated a hometown victory last Saturday at Cultuurcentrum Deurne. The band started in 2022 with a try-out gig at a local café and has since grown into one of the Netherlands' most active tribute acts.
The Deurne crowd enjoyed Toto classics delivered with high-quality musicianship. The band said afterwards: "Deurne, you were amazing! This is one for the books."
Steve Lukather approves
Even the original Toto's guitarist noticed. Steve Lukather commented: "You guys are great man, thank you for keeping our music alive!"
Battle of the Bands
Tribute to Toto reached the semi-finals of Dutch TV show The Tribute: Battle Of The Bands on SBS6. It only boosted their profile. Since 2024, they perform multiple times a month across the Netherlands.
